MVS Meet Bid Application


Instructions
  • Note: This is Page 1 of a 3-page form.
  • This form is used to submit a meet bid to the MVS Scheduling Committee.
  • Be sure to complete all applicable fields or your bid may not be accepted.
  • Bids must be received by February 15, 2008.
  • A $50 surcharge applies to all bids received after the MVS Spring Meeting in April.
  • A draft schedule will be available at the SC Division I meet each spring.
  • The Board of Directors will act on the draft meet schedule at the MVS Spring Meeting, which will then be presented for approval to the MVS House of Delegates.
  • A list of meets already submitted can be viewed on the Preliminary Master Meet Schedule.
