MVS Meet Bid Application
Instructions
- Note: This is Page 1 of a 3-page form.
- This form is used only to submit a meet bid to the MVS Scheduling Committee.
- Please complete all applicable fields or your bid may not be accepted.
- Bids must be received by February 13, 2012.
- A $50 surcharge applies to all bids received after the MVS Spring Meeting in April.
- A draft schedule will be available at the SC Division I meet each spring.
- The Board of Directors will act on the draft meet schedule at the MVS Spring Meeting, which will then be presented for approval to the MVS House of Delegates.
- A list of meets already submitted can be viewed on the MVS Master Meet Schedule.
