E-Form: Submit Meet Information for Publishing

This form is used to submit Meet Information ("flyer") for an upcoming meet on the Main page of this site.
All Meet Information MUST list a valid MVS sanction number or it will not be published.
Sending the sanction number via email after uploading your file is not acceptable - it must be included in your Meet Information.
If you do not have a valid sanction number, you need to wait until one has been issued by MVS.
