Each year at its Awards Banquet, Missouri Valley Swimming presents awards for the top male and female volunteers. There are hundreds of volunteers in Missouri Valley that are giving of their time, energy and talent to make swimming an enjoyable and rewarding experience for our athletes. This is your chance to provide recognition to these volunteers and say "Thank You" to someone that has made an extra effort.
Please take the time to complete this form so these special contributions can be recognized. Male and female volunteers need not be officials or club officers. They can be anyone who has made an outstanding volunteer effort.
You have the opportunity to nominate up to four individuals for this award -- two from your own club and two from another club.
Following each name, please describe the nature of that person's contributions and why you feel they deserve special recognition.
Final decision on the award winners will be made by the MVS Board of Directors.
All individuals nominated receive congratulatory letters from Missouri Valley Swimming.
